Seattle Police So Defunded They Can’t Even Investigate New Rape Cases
Actions have consequences. Stupid actions have stupid consequences. And pro-crime policies always work.
Police defunding was billed as making Seattle safer because no longer would mean cops shoot drug dealers for no reason except that they were shooting at them.
The Seattle City Council’s headlong dash to defund police is irresponsible, destabilizing — and ongoing. A Sept. 13 council vote to further chisel away at the police budget perpetuates a malignant trend that is making Seattle a more dangerous place to live and work.
A year after council budget-cutting and tinkering with department structure led to Chief Carmen Best’s departure, almost 300 officers and detectives have followed her out the door. Seven of the council’s nine members pledged in July 2020 to take away at least half the department’s funding and reimagine public safety around fewer police interventions.
That was last year. How are things now?
Rather than police, Solidarity Budget advocates are calling on councilmembers to invest in programs and services aimed at improving equity by building stronger communities. Defunding SPD, speakers said, is part of the coalition’s broader push to prioritize the environment, housing, education, transportation, childcare and nutrition, Indigenous sovereignty, and criminal justice reform.

Seattle police’s sexual assault and child abuse unit staff has been so depleted that it stopped assigning to detectives this year new cases with adult victims, according to an internal memo sent to interim police Chief Adrian Diaz in April.
The unit’s sergeant put her staffing crisis in stark terms.
“The community expects our agency to respond to reports of sexual violence,” Sgt. Pamela St. John wrote, “and at current staffing levels that objective is unattainable.”
In the memo, St. John went on to say that she was not “able to assign adult sexual assault cases” that came into her unit. Cases involving children and adult cases that had a suspect in custody — a fraction of adult sexual assaults reported to police — were being prioritized. The unit just had too few detectives.
Increasingly, victims of sexual assault who report their cases to Seattle police aren’t hearing anything back, said Mary Ellen Stone, CEO of the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center.
On Tuesday, a man reported to police that he had been raped at knifepoint.
His report was added to the list of stalled cases.

The U.S. Food and Drug advisory committee on Wednesday voted in favor of authorizing the use of Moderna’s experimental Covid-19 vaccine for children 6 months through 5 years of age.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a meeting of its Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) to discuss the Moderna EUA request for a COVID-19 vaccine for 6 months through 5 years of age and Pfizer-BioNTech EUA request for 6 months through 4 years of age.

The recommendation was the first of two votes called by the FDA vaccine advisors. Later this afternoon, the same committee will also evaluate the experimental Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months to 4 years.
“All 21 members of the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee voted “yes” in response to the question: Based on the totality of scientific evidence available, do the benefits of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine when administered as a 2-dose series (25 micrograms each dose) outweigh its risks for use in infants and children 6 months through 5 years of age?” CNN reported.
“The FDA, which typically follows the committee’s decisions, will now decide whether to authorize the vaccine for emergency use in this young age group,” the news site added.
FDA advisors voted 21-0 to authorize Moderna’s vaccine for children 6 months old to 5 years old. The Nordic countries (Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland) all paused the use of Moderna for people under 30 due to concerns around rare cardiovascular side effects. But in the US, the FDA advisors believed the benefits of experimental shot outweigh its risks for use in infants and children 6 months through 5 years.
According to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data, 49,283 adverse events were reported for ages 5-17 through June 3, 2022, after receiving the Moderna vaccine.
The FDA discussed one of the confirmed cases linked to the side effects of mRNA products from clinical trials for babies. A one-year-old baby suffered multiple seizures but continued in the trial to receive the 2nd dose.
Below is the data about the febrile seizure based on the presentation today. The child had a subsequent seizure associated with another fever approximately six weeks later. The child has remained in the study and received another dose of the vaccine. The other three events occurred 10 to 66 days after vaccination and were not considered related by the investigators, according to Rituparna Das, the Vice President of the Clinical Development COVID-19 Vaccines Moderna.
The clinical trials enrolled 6,607 individuals from 6 months to 5 years. 5,011 participants received one dose of Moderna vaccine (mRNA1273), 1,911 participants (6-23 months) and 3,100 (2-5 years).
Safety endpoints included solicited, local, and systemic adverse reactions, which were collected seven days post-vaccination. All unsolicited events were captured for 28 days after each vaccination, serious adverse events (SAE), Medically Attended AEs (MAAEs), and adverse events of special interests were followed throughout the entire study.
Below are the data for Solicited Local Reactions within 7 Days After Dose 1 and 2 for infants and toddlers (6-23 months) and young children (2-5 years). The figure below showed that pain was the most common event, with similar rates and severity following dose one and dose two. Looking at infants and toddlers, the pain was again the most common local adverse reaction.
Reactions were evaluated according to age. Young children’s events (37 months to 5 years) included fever, headache, fatigue, myalgia, arthralgia, nausea, vomiting, and chills.
For infants and toddlers, events included fever, irritability, crying, sleepiness, and loss of appetite.
Headache and fatigue were the most common systemic adverse reactions among children 37 months to five years.

Mexican president calls for open borders and American superstate
The audacity of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador was implicitly encouraged by none other than Joe Biden. Already, as of April, the American Southwest border was seeing a whopping 6000-8000 illegals enter the U.S. every day, and that number was projected to double after the announcement of the end of the CDC Emergency Title 42 expulsion authority.
But then at the end of April, Federal Court Judge Robert R. Summerhays granted a temporary restraining order that was deemed “likely to prevent Biden from ending Title 42 while the case makes its way through federal court.” Nonetheless, a month later, thousands of migrants “tired of waiting” for Title 42’s end, illegally surged across the Mexican border into Texas.
Andrés Manuel López Obrador has been watching, as has every world leader. They know Biden is a walkover and a globalist. López Obrador was virtually invited by Biden to suggest a continental superstate in which only one side really benefits: Mexico. He talks about the benefits to America and Canada, but the deplorable state of Mexico and the refugee exodus speaks loud enough for itself.
The well-being of Americans is Biden’s last priority and López Obrador knows it.

Mexico’s president is reviving calls for a continental superstate that would combine North American employers and South American employees – and sideline tens of millions of middle-class Americans.
“I will go in July to visit [President Joe Biden] at the White House and I want to discuss with him the issue of the integration of all America,” President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said at a press conference in Mexico’s presidential palace. He continued: “My position is that, just as how the European community was created … we have to do that in America.”
However, any unification could only come after the United States and southern countries resolve their disagreements, he said: “There has to be a change in the policy, an end to confrontation, an end to hate, an end to threats, the blockades, the foreign interference, and choose brotherhood, good neighbor policies.”
The same continent-wide superstate was pushed in 2001 by President G.W. Bush and Mexico’s then-president, Vicente Fox. Their unpopular “Any Willing Worker” plan would have allowed U.S. employers to easily import low-wage employees from central and south America. It was derailed following the 9/11 attack.
The policy would spike Wall Street and Fortune 500 profits by giving them floods of cheap foreign workers plus many new foreign consumers.
López Obrador’s statement cane during a long complaint about U.S. politics, and the supposed power of the anti-Latino Cuban voters in the United States:
I have a very good relationship with President Biden, he is a good man. In this case, I feel that there are a lot of pressures on the part of the Republicans and above all from some leaders of the Republican Party and also in the Democrat Party that has to do with the Cuban community in Florida and in the United States.
Of course, the most inhuman, anti-immigrant, authoritarian [politicians] are the Republicans. But there are also those in the Democratic Party too … [For example, Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J.] he is from the Cuban community — and this one has enormous influence.
But if we stay [divided] like this, depending on the decision of one gentleman, of the influence of one gentleman, of the rancors of one gentleman, and we forget our peoples, well then, we are acting in a sectarian way, trafficking the pain of the peoples. Taking advantage of, thriving, taking advantage of politically and economically
López Obrador’s push is tied to long-standing dreams by South American elites for their own southern-hemisphere superstate. The idea was pushed by Simon Bolivar (1783-1830) in the early 1800s but failed because of the distance and diversity of South America.
López Obrador continued:
Why not bring to [reality] the dream of Bolivar, including the United States and Canada? It is good for us based on our cultural relations, our friendship, but also because of economic and commercial relations. … We [
López Obrador and Biden] will talk about that. I also want to talk about Central America because it is not possible that we do not tend to the causes and [the U.S. tries] to resolve everything with coercive measures regarding immigration. And other issues that we could continue to work on together in the economic integration regarding our sovereignties, the ability to complement each other to face inflation.
“Not anymore, we will not remain silent anymore in the face of insults to immigrants and Mexicans. And I will insist on immigration reform,” he said.
He blamed the GOP — and its anti-migration wing — for the political barriers to greater unification between the United States and southern and central America:
I am talking now about the attitude of the Republican Party, who surely will drive with their spokesmen that the [this week’s] Summit [of the Americas] was a failure. Well, yes, it is possible it will be a failure, but they are the responsible ones for maintaining a policy of closure and not openness….
6 Things We Know about the CIA’s Secret Mass Surveillance Program
Newly declassified government documents reveal the CIA has been running a secret mass surveillance program.
The CIA, Politico notes, “is largely prohibited by law from engaging in domestic spying,” which makes the revelations troubling.
The Central Intelligence Agency has secretly been running mass surveillance operations to collect data on Americans, according to a newly published letter written by Sens. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.).
Wyden and Henrich, both members of the Senate Intelligence Committee, wrote the letter in April 2021, and the letter was partly declassified on Thursday.
In the letter, Wyden and Henrich called on the CIA to inform the public about the data collection program, calling for full transparency.
“This declassification is urgent,” the senators wrote.
The CIA responded to the allegations in a statement published by the Wall Street Journal.
“CIA recognizes and takes very seriously our obligation to respect the privacy and civil liberties of U.S. persons in the conduct of our vital national security mission, and conducts our activities, including collection activities, in compliance with U.S. law, Executive Order 12333, and our Attorney General guidelines,” said Kristi Scott, the agency’s privacy and civil liberties officer. “CIA is committed to transparency consistent with our obligation to protect intelligence sources and methods.”
The allegations from Wyden and Heinrich are serious, but the extent of the danger and severity is clouded by several factors, not the least of which is the fact that the letter is highly redacted.
So I’d encourage readers to review the redacted letter themselves, as well as the press release that accompanied its declassification. Nevertheless, here are a few important takeaways.
1. Laws Prohibit CIA Spying on Americans
As Politico noted, the CIA “is largely prohibited by law from engaging in domestic spying,” which makes the revelations troubling. But, as the Wall Street Journal reports, at times intelligence agencies have found ways to circumvent these prohibitions, noting that “some U.S. intelligence programs collect broad streams of internet or telephone data in a way that can scoop up information on Americans, such as when someone is communicating with a target of surveillance who lives overseas.”
This is known as “incidental collection,” and it’s an issue lawmakers in both parties have flagged as a violation of civil liberties and personal privacy.
2. The Nature of the Surveillance Is Unclear
Several publications have pointed out that the nature of the surveillance isn’t really clear. Yet the language in the redacted letter suggests the program involves nontraditional surveillance, noting data collection is done in “bulk” and uses “backdoor searches of Americans, the same issue that has generated bipartisan concern in the FISA context.”
As the ACLU says, this implies the spy agency may be “vacuuming up” vast amounts of information “to spy on Americans” and storing it indefinitely.
3. The Surveillance Is Warrantless
While the nature of the surveillance is murky, Sens. Wyden and Heinrich make one thing clear. The information being collected is “warrantless,” meaning the data are being “scooped up” without a warrant.
This directly violates the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution, which states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
4. The Program Appears to Be Unlawful
While what constitutes “spying” is debatable, but Wyden and Henrich suggest that the program may have exceeded its lawful bounds.
While the Senators don’t use the words “unlawful” or “illegal,” they suggest the program may be just that, noting it falls “entirely outside the statutory framework that Congress and the public believe govern this collection… .”
What the precise “statutory framework” is isn’t spelled out here, but it’s safe to say that Wyden believes the CIA is acting outside of that scope.
5. The CIA Is Acting Without Oversight
While there has been a great deal of discussion on the idea that the FBI’s FISA warrant process is “broken,” it’s worth noting that at least that program had some judicial oversight (weak as it often was). Wyden and Henrich suggest this is not the case with the CIA’s data collection program, which they say operates “without any of the judicial, congressional or even executive branch oversight that comes from [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act].”
6. This Isn’t Wyden’s First Dustup With CIA
Finally, it’s worth noting that this is not the first time Wyden has clashed with the CIA over rogue operations.
In 2016, the Senator from Oregon had a heated exchange with then-CIA Director John Brennan over the CIA’s improper search of Senate files, including the unauthorized search of the emails of Senate staffers investigating the CIA’s use of torture in the War on Terror. Brennan denied the CIA’s actions were improper, even though both a CIA Inspector General and a review board appointed by Brennan himself conceded “the search resulted in inappropriate access to the Senate’s work product,” prompting a sharp rebuke from Wyden.
In 2013, Wyden also asked Director of National Intelligence James Clapper if the NSA collected “any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?”
Clapper responded, “No, sir … not wittingly.”
It was later revealed the NSA was in fact collecting metadata on millions of law-abiding Americans without warrants.
‘The Rule of Nobody’
Many thinkers have written about the dangers of bureaucracy, a system in which important decisions are made not by individuals or even elected representatives, but state officials.
The famed writer and traveler Alexis de Toqueville saw bureaucracy as the Achilles heel of modern democracy. A century later, the great economist Ludwig von Mises wrote an entire book about its nature and evils: Bureaucracy.
My personal favorite description comes from the philosopher Hannah Arendt, who described bureaucracy as the rule of Nobody, “a tyranny without a tyrant,” which she described as the most oppressive kind of government.
“Indeed, if we identify tyranny as the government that is not held to give account of itself, rule by Nobody is clearly the most tyrannical of all, since there is no one left who could even be asked to answer for what is being done,” Arendt wrote in On Violence. “It is this state of affairs which is among the most potent causes for the current world-wide rebellious unrest.”
The tentacles of the US bureaucratic state do not reach as far as those of socialist states in the 20th century—the period in which Arendt wrote—but as early as the 1930s government reports have warned about “a headless ‘fourth branch’ of the Government, responsible to no one….”
That was more than 80 years ago.
Now we have a secret CIA program that has been spying on Americans free from any kind of oversight for an undetermined length of time. This sounds just a bit like the terror Arendt described.
What happens next, however, is unclear.
The list of US intelligence scandals and “improper” programs has grown lengthy in recent years, but accountability has been elusive. We’ll see if this time is any different.
America is Racist, Violent Country, Says Diversity Director Telling Congress to Take Away Civil Rights
If this doesn’t sell Republicans on eliminating the Second Amendment, I can’t imagine what will.
Zeneta Everhart, the mother of 21-year-old Zaire Goodman, who was wounded but survived the racially motivated attack on the Tops supermarket on May 14, testified before the House Oversight Committee about how the massacre in Buffalo and recent mass shootings in Uvalde, Tex., and Tulsa reflected what the United States has been in terms of gun violence.
More relevantly, Zeneta is a diversity advisor to a Dem politician.
Everhart, who is black, also testified that racism and violence were tied together — “My ancestors brought to America through the slave trade were the first currency of America” — and told lawmakers that “America is inherently violent.”
“This is who we are as a nation,” testified Everhart, the director of diversity and inclusion for New York state Sen. Timothy M. Kennedy (D). “I continuously hear after every mass shooting that this is not who we are as Americans and as a nation. Hear me clearly: This is exactly who we are.”
By “we”, I presume she means the folks responsible for dozens of mass shootings every weekend in the urban areas of major cities.
And if that doesn’t do it, how about some racist indoctrination?
Everhart argued that part of the change would need to be done in the classroom setting and called for African American history to be included as part of the curriculum in the U.S. education system.
“We cannot continue to whitewash education and create generations of children to believe that one race of people is better than the other,” she said.
Except that’s actually what critical race theory does and is meant to do it. And it’s even implicit in her testimony.
Everhart’s testimony appeared to irk Republicans on the House Oversight panel when she began to discuss her belief that America was created on the shoulders of hate and white supremacy that continues to target the black community.
Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-Wis.) shifted back in his chair before rolling his eyes. Rep. Andrew S. Clyde (R-Ga.) mouthed, “Oh my God.”
More hearts and minds won. But this isn’t about winning hearts and minds. It’s about virtue signaling and tribal shows of contempt.

COVID vaccine injuries have been routinely downplayed by the public health regime and the bootlicking media since the vaccines came out. They have been saying that any potential side effects are “rare” and “mild,” despite the fact that significant numbers of people have developed myocarditis after taking the vaccine, and they have systematically buried any evidence that would contradict their narrative

There were 24,177 reports of pericarditis/myocarditis submitted to VAERS in 2021. In 2022, just through Feb. 25, there were 11,289 reports, which is nearly half of last year’s total.”
“It’s not acceptable (and never was) for the media and the pharma-paid ‘fact checkers’ to automatically dismiss VAERS. It is our main pharmaco-surveillance tool and was put in place precisely to serve as the consolation to the public for Congress absolving vaccine manufactures of liability. Also, the data complements what we’ve learned universally from all the myocarditis vaccine studies – that it targets teens and early 20s more than other age groups and is more potent after the second dose.
The CDC’s own researchers published a study in JAMA in which they clinically confirmed most of the myocarditis submissions to VAERS. As such, they concluded, ‘Given the high verification rate of reports of myocarditis to VAERS after mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccination, underreporting is more likely. Therefore, the actual rates of myocarditis per million doses of vaccine are likely higher than estimated.’”
The breakdown of myocarditis cases by age and number of doses of the COVID vaccine — 17 and 18-year-olds have the highest rate after receiving the second dose of the vaccines.
VAERS has recorded more than 20,000 deaths from cases of myocarditis, which is an astounding number for any vaccine. In the past, vaccines would have been pulled if they caused double-digit deaths, let alone tens of thousands of fatalities.
This data only proves that the mRNA Covid vaccine is by far the most dangerous vaccine ever recorded in VAERS. Yet, the Biden administration and the public health tyrants have been pushing everyone, including very young children, to take not one, not two, but three vaccines — with a fourth jab coming right around the corner.
MASSIVE DATA HACK Reveals Thousands of Photos from Chinese Concentration Camps
A huge trove of documents and photographs from police in Xinjiang province, obtained by hackers and released in an extensively vetted report on Tuesday, offers further documentation of the Chinese Communist Party’s horrific human rights abuses.
The files include photographic evidence of mass detention and abuse, including of very young children from the oppressed Uyghur Muslim minority.
The trove, collectively referred to as the Xinjiang Police Files, was originally obtained in 2018 by hackers and provided to Dr. Adrian Zenz of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC).
Zenz, one of the world’s leading investigators of the Uyghur genocide, enlisted an international media consortium to painstakingly validate the pictures and documents over the ensuing years, resulting in the bombshell report release on Tuesday.
Zenz said the “revelations are very disturbing,” as they provide “frank police implementation directives” and proof of the “personal involvement” of top Chinese officials, including dictator Xi Jinping.
Photos taken inside the camps bear little resemblance to the “voluntary vocational training centers” China portrays them as:
“For the first time, the files provide researchers with thousands of images of detained Uyghurs, as well as photos of police guards wielding automatic weapons and handcuffing and shackling detainees during camp security drills,” the VOC noted.
“The Xinjiang Police Files prove that China’s so-called vocational training centers are really prisons. These documents conclusively demonstrate that Beijing has been lying about its gross human rights violations in Xinjiang. The international community must take immediate and concrete action to hold China accountable for these atrocities,” VOC President Andrew Bremberg said on Tuesday.
The Xinjiang Police Files include over 5,000 “mug shots” of Uyghurs, over 2,800 of them confirmed as concentration camp detainees. Some of them were visibly in distress when photographed by their Chinese captors, who often appear in the photos wielding batons to keep the detainees in line.
Fifteen of the detainees photographed by the Xinjiang police have been confirmed as minors, the youngest just 15 years old.

“In terms of visual evidence that evokes sympathy and an emotional response, this collection of documents stands apart from what we’ve seen so far,” professor Tim Grose of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology told Foreign Policy on Wednesday.
“The cache reveals, in unprecedented detail, China’s use of ‘re-education’ camps and formal prisons as two separate but related systems of mass detention for Uyghurs – and seriously calls into question its well-honed public narrative about both,” said the BBC, which has been reviewing the Xinjiang Police Files since the beginning of this year.
“The documents provide some of the strongest evidence to date for a policy targeting almost any expression of Uyghur identity, culture or Islamic faith – and of a chain of command running all the way up to the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping,” the BBC wrote in an extensive pictorial essay.
Many of the photo records highlighted by the BBC included detention files that did not even bother to invent a reason why the Uyghur man or woman in question was sent to the camps. Some were imprisoned for nonsensical “crimes” such as visiting other countries, practicing their Islamic faith, or merely being related to other detainees with “strong religious leanings.”
A 58-year-old man named Tursun Kadir was sentenced to 16 years in detention for “growing a beard under the influence of religious extremism.” Photos from the Xinjiang Police Files showed that his Chinese captors shaved off his beard.

The BBC noted that the file names given to these photos suggested the Chinese state was feeding them into a “huge facial recognition database.”
In December 2020, independent researchers discovered Chinese telecom giant Huawei was designing a race-based “ethnic identification system” that could pick Uyghur faces out of crowds. At least a dozen Chinese police departments have been caught using A.I. systems designed by other companies that can visually profile Uyghurs based on their ethnic features.
Australia’s ABC News interviewed Uyghur refugees who spent Tuesday night frantically searching the Xinjiang Police Files for photos of their vanished friends and relatives.
“I couldn’t stop my tears. All of them look like my dad or my brothers. Every [pair of] eyes looks like [they are] asking me, ‘Please help me,’” a woman named Rayhangul Abliz told ABC after spending the night vainly searching for photos of her missing family.
Some Uyghurs felt relief that China would no longer be able to whitewash the atrocities of Xinjiang in the face of such overwhelming photographic evidence, while others were horrified by the thought that so many missing Uyghurs were not included in the massive trove of documents and pictures. Five thousand photos cover just a tiny fraction of the estimated 1 to 3 million detainees in the Xinjiang camps.
The release of the Xinjiang Police Files brought condemnations of the Chinese Communist regime from across the civilized world, as chronicled by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ):
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock addressed the new findings in a video conference with her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi and “called for a transparent investigation” into the allegations, according to a ministry statement.
“This is not something that can be ignored, and it is also not something that can be kept quiet about,” Baerbock told reporters in Berlin.
Speaking at a daily press conference, the U.S. State Department spokesperson, Ned Price, said the new reporting shows China’s ongoing “genocide and crimes against humanity” targeting Muslim Uyghurs and other minorities in Xinjiang.
The release comes at a tense moment for the international community, as U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet is making her long-delayed visit to China. Human rights activists fear the visit will be a farce stage-managed by the Chinese Communist Party, but the bombshell release of so much documentation could make a whitewash harder to pull off.
According to Chinese state media on Tuesday, Bachelet has done nothing so far except praise China for its “important achievements in economic and social development and in promoting the protection of human rights.”

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin labored furiously to spin the documentary evidence of Xinjiang atrocities in his Tuesday press conference, dismissing the extensively verified report as “the latest example of the anti-China forces’ smearing of Xinjiang.”
“It is just the same trick they used to play before,” Wang sputtered. “The lies and rumors they spread cannot deceive the world, nor can they hide the fact that Xinjiang enjoys peace and stability, its economy is thriving and its people live and work in peace and contentment.”
Wang said on Wednesday that dictator Xi Jinping spoke with U.N. High Commissioner Bachelet in a virtual meeting, but refused to answer questions about whether the Xinjiang Police Files were discussed.
Study finds Covid-19 Vaccination increases risk of suffering Miscarriage by 1517%
A study of data found in the USA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting system has revealed that per number of doses administered the Covid-19 injections are at least 16 times / 1,517% more likely to cause a pregnant woman to suffer a miscarriage than the Flu jab.
The Influenza vaccine has been administered to pregnant women in the USA for years, so there is plenty of long-term data on its safety profiles, and there has been plenty of time to flag any concerning safety signals.
According to the US database of adverse reactions to vaccines, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), between 2008 and 2020 there were a total of 225 spontaneous abortions (miscarriages) reported as adverse reactions to all of the available Flu vaccines in the USA.
The Covid-19 injections were only granted emergency use authorization in December 2020, and there is no long term data on their safety profile when administered during pregnancy, and there is only short term data because the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) decided to perform a real-world experiment/study on pregnant women in America.
With that being said, according to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), between December 2020 and 11th Feb 22, there were a total of 1,179 spontaneous abortions (miscarriages) reported as adverse reactions to all of the available Covid-19 injections in the USA.
The problem with the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System is that it doesn’t tell the whole story, because studies have shown for years that just 1 to 10% of adverse reactions are actually reported to the system. Therefore the true number of miscarriages to the Covid-19 injections could be as high as 117,900, if not more.
However, we now have a solid method to calculate whether the 1,179 reported spontaneous abortions to the Covid-19 injections should be a cause for concern, and that is by calculating the rate of miscarriage per number of Covid-19 injections administered and comparing it against the rate of miscarriage per number of Flu vaccines administered.
At first glance of the above data you could make the assumption that because the Covid-19 injections have caused 5.2 times as many miscarriages as what the Flu vaccines have caused, they are therefore at least 5 times as dangerous.
But if you were to make this claim you would be met with cries of, “yes but this is to be expected because many more people have been given the Covid-19 injection”. But unfortunately, that isn’t true.
The following chart shows the total number of flu vaccine doses administered in 13 full flu seasons all the way from the 2008/2009 flu season to the 2019-2020 flu season. The data has been extracted from the CDC info found here.
The following chart shows the total number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered in the USA since the start of the vaccination campaign and up to 11th February 2022.
In all between the 08/09 flu season and the 19/20 flu season, there were a total of 1,720,400,000 (1.7204 billion) doses of the flu jab administered in the USA.
Whereas from the start of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign up to 11th Feb 22 there were a total of 557,637,223 (557.6 million) doses of the Covid-19 vaccine administered in the USA.
Therefore, over three times as many Flu vaccines have been administered in the USA over 13 years than Covid-19 injections administered in the USA since the end of 2020.
Now the problem with calculating the rate of miscarriage per number of doses administered is that the results are going to be highly skewed in favor of the flu vaccines for a couple of reasons.
- The Flu vaccine is only administered to the elderly, the vulnerable, some children, and pregnant women.
- The Covid-19 injections have been offered to anyone and everyone.
It’s also important to note that the rate of miscarriage per number of doses administered isn’t actually going to be correct for both injections because it’s based on the number of doses administered to the entire population. But obviously, only pregnant women are able to suffer a miscarriage. Therefore, the actual number of doses for both the Covid-19 injections and Influenza vaccines will in reality be a lot lower per miscarriage suffered.
But because we’re performing the same calculation for both vaccines the results are still relative to each other and will therefore highlight any differences between the two.
With that being said, let’s move on to the results.
The following chart shows the number of adverse event reports made to VAERS against the Covid-19 vaccines that resulted in a pregnant woman suffering a miscarriage up to 11th Feb 22 in the USA, and the number of adverse event reports made to VAERS against the flu vaccines that resulted in a pregnant woman suffering a miscarriage between 2008 and 2020 in the USA.
The raw numbers alone show that in the space of 14 months there were 5 times as many adverse event reports made against the Covid-19 vaccines that resulted in a miscarriage than were made against the Flu vaccines in 13 years.
But when we actually work out the rate of strokes suffered per number of doses administered, we find that the Covid-19 vaccines have proven to be even more harmful than they first appear.
The following chart shows the number of doses of vaccine administered per miscarriage suffered as an adverse reaction in the USA for both the Flu vaccines and the Covid-19 vaccines.
Between 2008 and 2020, the rate of adverse event reports to the flu vaccine resulting in a miscarriage equates to 1 miscarriage per 7,646,222 doses administered.
But the rate of adverse event reports to the Covid-19 vaccines resulting in miscarriage equates to 1 stroke per 472,974 doses administered.
When we translate these figures into the number of miscarriages suffered as an adverse reaction per 1 million doses administered we’re left with the following –
This means the Covid-19 injections are at least 16 times / 1,517% more likely to cause the recipient to suffer a miscarriage than the Flu vaccines.
These numbers alone demonstrate an extremely concerning safety signal when it comes to administering the Covid-19 injection during pregnancy, but as we explained above in reality the numbers are highly likely to be much worse. Especially when you consider that the flu vaccine has decades of long-term data to support its use during pregnancy, but the Covid-19 injections do not.
You would therefore expect the majority of pregnant women to have taken up the offer of an Influenza vaccine throughout the years, whereas you would expect many pregnant women would have been hesitant to take part in a real-world study to test the safety of administering an experimental Covid-19 injection during pregnancy.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been accused of paying $250,000 to a SpaceX flight attendant to silence her claims of sexual misconduct after he allegedly exposed himself to her and propositioned her. However, these claims are coming not from the allegedly harassed employee, but from her “far-left” actress friend.
Musk has responded to the allegations on Twitter as a political hit piece by a “far-left” actress with a “major political axe to grind” regarding his acquisition of Twitter.
The Tesla CEO describes the incident as never having happened and even issues a challenge to his accuser: describe a part of his body that the public does not see.
Adamant that the alleged sexual misconduct never happened, Musk is chalking the entire incident as the political fancies of the actress friend of the flight attendant, whom he believes is trying to sink his acquisition of Twitter with the left’s “standard playbook”
The richest man in the world claims that he did not, in fact, pay $250,000 to a flight attendant to silence her, nor did he ever sexually misconduct himself to one.
It is true that lying is a standard part of the radical left’s playbook when they want to cancel someone. Accusations of racism, sexual misconduct, etc. are all part and parcel of going against the left. And by trying to secure free speech on Twitter, Musk is certainly going against the left.
However, that is not to say with certainty that these allegations are lies–there is not enough information available at the time to do so–it is only to say that Musk has a valid point when he calls it part of the left’s “despicable playbook.”
Given the timing of the friend “speaking out” about the alleged incident, however, when Musk is poised to acquire the large social media platform and transform it into a nonpartisan free speech platform, and after changing his voting registration to Republican, it certainly would be convenient for the radical left if what is alleged to have transpired is real.
